Physical and Chemical Properties
It remains stable in dry air, and is easy to oxidize to manganese sesquioxide when wet, and its color gradually becomes brown and black. When heated, which decomposes and generates carbon dioxide; when heated to boiling with water, which hydrolyzed; when in the boiling potassium hydroxide, manganese oxide gas is formed.

Function and Use
Manganese carbonate is a raw material for producing soft magnetic ferrites used in telecommunications equipment, and its particle size can be customized according to customer requirements. It is used for synthesizing manganese dioxide and manufacturing other manganese salts. It can serve as an oxidant for desulfurization, a pigment for enamel, coatings, and paints, as well as an additive for fertilizers and feed to improve soil fertility. At the same time, it is also used in pharmaceuticals, welding rod accessories, and can be used as a raw material for producing metallic manganese (calcined manganese).
Packaging, Warehousing and Transportation
Manganese carbonate packed in bags lined with polyethylene plastic, each bag weighs 25 kg net. Goods should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. They should be protected from moisture, heat and deterioration.
During transportation, it is necessary to prevent goods from rain and sun exposure, and handle goods gently during loading and unloading to prevent packaging damage.
